Yesterday, I went for an house warming ceremony of my friend’s new house. It was under construction from past 8 months, but I must say the time spent is really worth. I have never seen such a beautiful house. It was simple, a single floor house but was very unique. The entire place was beautifully designed. It was truly eye-catching.
They had a joint family and there were 4 rooms in their house. Each room has a different roofing theme according to respective choices of the people. The kids were extremely happy about their sweet room. Apart from roofs the window panes, doors, latches were simply outstanding.
Balcony and other open areas were given a water proof coating as a preventive measure in rainy seasons. Everything was properly planned and all the safety measures were kept in mind while building this house. There were no flaws in the quality of the work. Roofers have done a great job.
Even the wash rooms were so nicely designed. The color combination used were very soothing. There was a floral design used on the side walls. I must say the constructors have put in their heart and soul while making this artistic piece.
The best part was that the roofers who designed the entire thing were present there and I got a chance to talk to them and gather information. I came to know that it is a kind of Hi-tech Roofing where fibers are imported and have replaced asbestos which gives the roof high impact resistance.
These roofers were from the NFRC (National Federation of Roofing Contractors) who are the UK’s largest roofing trade association and one can surely have the comfort of guaranteed protection and quality with them.
Everyone just could not stop praising the quality of work done. My friend, her parents and other people of the house were really delighted listening all these things as they were desperately waiting to shift to this place and now finally the time has come.
A religious ceremony was organized. All the guests then assembled at the garden for the lunch.
