go to your local garden nursery and you should be able to grow anything they sell there. I know that a lot of beach front properties have trouble with salt water spray where their plants are concerned, but given that you have a greenhouse, you should be able to grow just about anything you want. Ask someone local and you’ll get better advice. Good luck
